Froggie go jump. He jump good.
You have 100 levels of twitch? platforming with this black and white little game. I enjoyed the art style, but I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect gameplay wise outside of “platformer”. That’s exactly what I got, but thankfully I was never bored.
Every few levels would give a new gimmick, roll with it, then introduce another one. Maybe mix them up. Can’t say it was terribly challenging, even in the latter half, but I was kept on my toes. I did enjoy the twist of the latter half too, which I will not spoil. Pay attention to the backgrounds though.
Here’s where I complain. I hate that pausing the game just will send you to the main menu, every time. None of the levels are particularly long, but it’s something I never really adjusted or got used to. It seems like more of an oversight than anything.
Final Thoughts
A cute bite sized platformer that was definitely worth my afternoon’s time. The cute graphics didn’t hurt either.
